Museum expositions
The tour of the cultural-historical sites in EAC usually starts with the Historical-Ethnographic Museum exposition.
It is situated in one of the two buildings constituting a specific architectural ensemble – from the second half of the 19th century.
At the entrance a staff member wearing a local traditional costume meets the visitors. She not only accompanies them but also shows them the substantial specific features of the exhibits related to the traditional lifestyle and clothing of the people of Zlatograd. Of particular interest are the demonstration of women’s skills in weaving and the home handicrafts of preparing the yarn – carding, spinning, twisting, etc.
